With the commitment of Rivals250 linebacker Dee Crayton, Clemson is continuing their run up the team recruiting rankings. The Alpharetta (Ga.) Denmark star chose the Tigers over Auburn, Penn State, Missouri, and UCF. Crayton went in-depth on his decision in the video above.
At more than 6-foot-1 and nearly 220-pounds, Crayton is an outstanding athlete that excels at causing chaos in the backfield and he has a high success rate as a blitzer. He’s a physical linebacker that does a good job shedding blockers and flowing to the ball carrier. Crayton has solid speed in the open field and can shoot running lanes to stop backs at the line of scrimmage or for a loss. Clemson is stacking up impressive commitments this month and Crayton is the latest to add to their top five recruiting class.
