Meghan Markle news latest: Palace ‘absolutely furious’ with Prince Harry over ‘bizarre language’ in tell-all interviews

PRINCE Harry spoke with “bizarre language” during his return to the UK this month, as the Palace “still absolutely furious” with him, claims a royal expert.

Speaking to Australian TV about the relationship between the Royal Family and the Sussexes, the Mirror’s royal correspondent Russell Myers claims the situation is “very very frosty”.

Referring to the Duke of Sussex’s recent interview, Russell Myers said: “Harry was giving an interview just a couple of weeks ago when he was at the Invictus Games.

“It was all, sort of, bizarre language, he was there to protect the Queen and these things are not going down too well.

“If it [their relationship] is to be repaired, then there needs to be a bit more water under the bridge”.

Mirrorman Myers agreed with Australian TV Host Richard Wilkins on the Today Show. He claimed the royal couple may be trying to “have their cake and eat it too”.

Myers added: “If Harry’s looking for some, sort of, piecemeal then he was a long way off that.

“The people I speak to, the Palace every day, who [are] obviously very very well connected with the top players, as it were.

“They are still absolutely furious”.

Myers added: “You can’t go on, you know, international television interview with Oprah Winfrey, complaining about your treatment with the family and then wanting to sit down with them when you’re still giving interviews”.

  • Harry ‘confident’ without Meghan

Prince Harry showed more “confidence and resilience” during a recent polo match – where wife Meghan was absent, claims a body language expert.

Darren Stanton told Marie Claire magazine: “Harry seems to be more of his own man when attending events on his own, as he has a confidence and resilience we don’t tend to see when he’s accompanied by Meghan Markle.”

He added: “It’s really interesting that Prince Harry appears always at his most relaxed and genuinely most happy when he’s either at the Invictus Games interacting with all the other athletes and attendees, or at other sporting occasions such as the polo.

“When Harry is on his horse, you can see the determination in his face to do well at heart.”

  • Meghan & Harry’s titles spark ‘removal discussion’

A royal expert has claimed that senior royals are discussing whether Meghan Markle and Prince Harry should have their titles removed.

Speaking on his Youtube channel, Neil Sean said: “This is really stemmed around the fact that Harry and Meghan seemingly don’t want to take part in anything or have any part in British royal life.

“As Harry famously said he’s now not trapped, he’s free while his father and Prince William are.

“This has taken an active discussion and it will be done in the usual way.

“I think it will be an open discussion with them as to what they plan to do and why their titles remain important to them.”

  • Claims Kate & William fed up with Meghan

It has been sensationally claimed that Kate Middleton and Prince William are “done being nice” to Meghan Markle, after the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

A source told Heat magazine: “It seemed clear that Kate had no interest in playing nice with Meghan. And sad as it is, William feels the same.

“The view is that the Sussexes were lucky to receive any type of goodwill after the damage and embarrassment they’ve caused the monarchy.

“Neither side looks likely to back down.”

This claim comes following reports that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge snubbed Lilibet’s first birthday party.

  • Harry & Meghan in ‘secret meeting’ with Charles during Jubilee

A royal commentator has claimed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry met at Prince Charles’s house for an alleged secret meeting.

However, the royal commentator said that the royal couple were left disappointed that there were no “touchy-feely vibes” – and instead “the curtain has come down” on them.

Host of Royally US Christine Ross asked: “We saw some reports that Meghan and Harry were seen leaving Charles’ home.

“Is there any truth to that? Do we know what they talked about? And did it maybe move us towards healing any of these rifts?”

And co-star Mr Anderson replied: “Well, I understand that it was a perfunctory meeting and that there was no real breakthrough.

“And I have a feeling that Prince Harry definitely went there hoping for some sort of rapprochement but there were no touchy-feely vibes coming back in his direction.

“So, I think the curtain has come down. And one of the things I think is so sad about this is Diana, were she alive today, would be heartbroken by this.

“She would have understood why Harry would have wanted to make his own life and wanted to go to California.

“But she always saw Harry as, you know, as Williams’ wingman. She always said: ‘My boys are my revenge.’

“And what she meant by that was that as a team they would go on and carry the monarchy forward into a more modern era.

“But now it just looks like it’s going to be William and Kate, and their kids.”

  • Perfect opportunity? Could Prince Harry and Meghan be invited to the Balmoral holiday?

The Queen travels to Balmoral in Scotland for a July holiday every year.

It could be the ultimate chance for Prince Harry and Meghan to patch up the family feud.

The Queen will be holidaying in Balmoral in July this year, but it is likely to clash with the Commonwealth Games between 28 July and 8 August.

This could be the perfect opportunity, with senior Royals like Prince Charles stepping up for the Queen when she cannot attend events.

With most of the family attending the Commonwealth Games for the Queen, this might be a good chance for some one on one time with the Queen for Harry.

Historically, it is thought Harry and Meghan refused invites to Balmoral in 2019.

  • Frogmore House: The history of the house

Harry and Meghan’s lavish wedding venue usually opens for a couple of days in the summer, to support various charities.

Bought by Queen Charlotte in the 17th century, Frogmore House is one of the most luxurious of the Crown Estate properties.

Queen Charlotte was not one to hold back from life’s fineries, and the property was used as an escape for herself and her daughters.

King George III bought her the property, and she spent a lot of time there away from the court.

Royal architect James Wyatt renovated the house in the early 17th century developing a brand new dining room and library.

Queen Charlotte was so fond of botany and gardens, hence why the 35-acre grounds of Frogmore House are so stunning.

She had Frogmore Cottage built in 1801, where her daughter Princess Sophia Augusta spent the rest of her days. This is where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle resided in 2018 until they left the Royal family.

In the 1980s, the property was renovated and restored to how Queen Charlotte would have had it.

The renovations cost an eye-watering £2 million, to recreate James Wyatt’s work.

Tickets cost £10 for garden entry and another £10 to visit the inside of the property.

Judi James, body language expert told The Express: “With Mike’s closeness to William in mind it also appeared to have created a bit of a dilemma as Harry stepped out into Zara’s group as they waited for their transport.

“Mike though remains facing forward, looking about and holding his order of service up with a look of awkwardness.”

  • Princess Anne able to ‘see straight through’ Meghan

A psychic has claimed that Princess Anne could “see straight-through” Meghan Markle.

TV psychic Deborah Davies has said that the Princess’ feelings are easy to read – just like her dad, the late Duke of Edinburgh.

“Princess Anne is fabulous, she just gives everything that she thinks away on her face,” she told the Daily Star.

“She doesn’t need to say anything, you can see it in her eyes. You take one look at her and you can see what she’s thinking, she’s totally transparent.”

She continued to say: “Princess Anne is just like her dad was, Prince Philip could see straight through Meghan Markle.

“He could see her for what she is and so could I, on their wedding day I just sat there shaking my head.

“I was stood there saying ‘This is a complete and utter disaster waiting to happen’.”

Debbie also said that Meghan shouldn’t have criticised the royal family, and then turned up for The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

It has been claimed that Meghan Markle was behind the decision that she and Prince Harry leave their positions as senior royals back in 2020.

He said: “I felt I wanted out but then decided to stay in and work out a role for myself.”

Speaking on Sky News, royal author Tina Brown also added: “Harry was the real, kind of, unsettling surprise. In a way, Harry has, sort of, continued his mother’s legacy, essentially, of throwing hand grenades.

  • Charles & William snub Harry and Meghan

It has been claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle expected Prince Charles and Prince William would be forced to call on them to return to the UK.

According to royal commentator Neil Sean, he said that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex did not think “the monarchy would survive without them”.

Instead, they agreed to “replace” the couple with other members of the Royal Family.
