I went to a wedding and was left in hysterics after spotting the bride made a VERY rude typo on her posh menus

AS we’re sure any recent brides will agree, planning a wedding is so much more than just picking a venue and buying a big white dress.

That’s right, if you want to throw an Insta-worthy bash, then it’s all about tablescaping, floral arches and changing into that all-important second party frock for the second half of your day.

Every detail of the day was planned to perfection

So in the midst of all this, it’s almost inevitable that a small detail is going to fall through the cracks somewhere along the line.

But unfortunately for this recent bride, hers happened to be something that appeared right in front of each and every one of her guests.

Earlier this week, performers Jess and Matt posted a video on their TikTok page from a recent wedding they attended.

At first glance, the beautiful menus on each table looked like something straight off of Pinterest with their personalised pink crest.

The happy couple offered their guests two options for their starters – either some chargrilled quail or an aged bresaola with a duck liver pate.

However, we can only imagine how much the bride was kicking herself for not double checking the spelling of “duck”.

But despite her awkward oversight, the guests hinted that the bride saw the funny side of it.

They captioned the clip: “When the bride makes an unfortunate typo on 150 menu’s and has to roll with it.”

The clip has racked up over 853,000 views on TikTok – and needless to say, viewers couldn’t help but crack a few jokes in the comments.

One joked: “The pate of her ex’s…”

“Think I’ll give that course a miss,” another added.

“We can’t afford duck anymore,” a third said. “It’s a recession!”
